Lead full-cycle risk-based inspection (RBI) implementation and stewardship Perform advanced integrity assessments (, brittle fracture, flexibility analysis, corrosion evaluations) Develop and manage fit-for-purpose risk-based strategies Conduct criticality assessments and consequence/complexity ratings Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bad actor elimination Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for service providers and internal teams Mentor and guide junior engineers in technical development Drive adoption of digital tools and analytics for process improvement Facilitate stakeholder discussions and incorporate lessons learned into future planning About you
