Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, dietitians, physical therapists, and mental health experts, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care in the following areas:
• Exercise Programs: Monitor personalized exercise plans to enhance cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, and weight management.
• Nutritional Guidance: Collaborate with dietitians to create tailored dietary plans that address individual metabolic needs.
• Mental Health Support: Partner with mental health professionals to support patients in managing stress, anxiety, and other psychological factors.
