About the Role
We're seeking an AI Agentic Engineer to design and build intelligent agents that conduct realistic voice interviews. You'll work at the intersection of LLMs, voice AI, and agent frameworks to create engaging, adaptive interview experiences.
Responsibilities- Design and implement AI agents for conducting voice interviews
- Develop prompt engineering strategies for natural conversations
- Build systems for real-time voice interaction with low latency
- Create adaptive interview flows based on candidate responses
- Implement evaluation and scoring algorithms
- Optimize agent performance and response quality
- Experiment with new AI models and agent frameworks
- Analyze user interactions to improve agent behavior
- 3+ years of experience working with LLMs and AI systems
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and agent design
