Position: Senior Business Analyst
Job Type: Permanent
Work Setup: Hybrid (1x a month)
Shift Time: Nightshift 9PM to 5AM (US Holiday)

What We are looking for:
● We need a Sr. Business Analyst who thinks AI first when redesigning a process.
● They should understand how LLMs and agents work at a practical level. Not research depth, but enough fluency to design around confidence levels, guardrails, and human oversight.
● We want someone who asks whether the step should exist at all in an AI-enabled environment.
● They need to be comfortable with probabilistic systems. That means designing thresholds, exception handling, and evaluation loops rather than rigid pass-fail logic.
