- Strong communication and facilitation skills; comfortable engaging diverse groups across seniority levels.
- Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders concurrently.
- Proactive and collaborative team player who takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
- A curious and adaptable mind‑set with enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their applications in education.
