AI Change Enablement Consultants help clients unlock value from Microsoft Copilot, Copilot agents, and related AI services by rethinking how work gets done. This role partners with architects, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to run design led sessions, identify high impact Copilot use cases, and guide organizations from ideation through adoption and measurable outcomes.
The role also owns core change and enablement activities, including communication planning, hands on enablement initiatives such as Prompt a thons, and outcome evaluation tied to client goals. Enablement is focused on building lasting capability and confidence, not traditional feature based training.
Sitting at the intersection of AI innovation, human experience, and responsible adoption, this role helps shape how organizations successfully build and scale Copilot usage while contributing to the evolution of the clients Microsoft Services practice.
