AI Data Annotation & Evaluation Lead

Bloomberg is seeking a Team Leader for the Document Research team to develop evaluation and annotation programs for AI applications. This role requires a technically grounded leader with experience in managing large-scale data operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering and product teams, mentor professionals in evaluation frameworks, and drive improvements in processes. A Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3+ years of leadership experience are needed. Additional exposure to Bloomberg's products is a plus.
