Your Role
As AI & Data Engineer in Lisbon, you are the senior engineering anchor for agentic AI systems plus the Data Engineering capability (warehouse, dbt, modeling, ETL/ELT) that today is missing from the AI Team. You ship multi‑agent systems end‑to‑end (orchestration, RAG pipelines, evals, deployment, observability) and you own the data plumbing they depend on, for client engagements ranging from internal automation to customer‑facing AI products built on top of HubSpot data.
