The AI Business Architect will lead the AI‑enabled transformation of the channel partner ecosystem, spanning partner recruitment, enablement, co‑selling, incentives, and lifecycle management. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology, this role ensures that AI use cases, operating models, and architectures are tightly aligned to partner‑led growth objectives across regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Business Strategy for Channel Partners

  • Define the AI vision and multi‑year roadmap for partner‑led growth, aligned with corporate and regional go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies.
  • Identify, prioritise, and shape AI use cases across the partner lifecycle, including partner scoring, lead routing, next‑best‑action, incentive optimisation, deal health, and personalised enablement.
