**About the Role**
The AI Enablement Business Analyst, Sr. sits within the Global Business Operations (GBO) AI Enablement Team and serves as the critical bridge between business units and the Technology Operations team. This is fundamentally an analyst and advisory role — you will not be building AI solutions directly, but you will be the person who ensures they get built right.
You will own the early lifecycle of every AI use case: from helping submitters articulate their ideas, through scoping and requirements definition, tool and feasibility assessment, and preparing a structured handoff package for the technology team.
This role is central to how the AI Enablement Team scales its impact. You are the quality gate, the process guide, and the solutioning thought partner — all before a single line of code...
