Job Description
We are looking for a AI Engineer to help us build and scale AI features in our e-commerce platform and develop LLM-based solutions in production.
What you will do
- Design and develop RAG pipelines to work with internal data (product catalog, customer data, operational data)
- Build AI agents to automate business workflows (customer support, merchandising, order processing)
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) into existing services and microservice-based architecture
- Work on fine-tuning / adapting models for domain-specific tasks
- Define and improve approaches to evaluation, prompt engineering, and response quality
- Optimize AI solutions for latency, cost, and performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI features
