AI Engineering Product Manager – Multi‑Tech Agentic Engineering Team
We are hiring a senior technical leader to set the technical direction, discipline and delivery velocity for IAG’s next generation of agentic AI products. The role requires proven experience building production‑grade AI agents, leading mixed internal and partner teams, and shaping a multi‑vendor agent ecosystem across OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, LangGraph, AutoGen and emerging frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Technical Ownership
- Define the agentic architecture strategy, including orchestration patterns, tool integration, memory and runtime governance.
- Drive reusable agent component creation and adoption across all operating companies.
- Make architecture decisions on model selection, GraphRAG, RAG optimisation, LangGraph patterns and cost modelling.
