WLP Academy is looking for a skilled and experienced Accounting/Finance Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will play a key role in providing top-notch training, ensuring adult learners achieve effective learning outcomes and assessments. This role demands a strong commitment to upholding assessment integrity while contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and dedicated to promoting a culture of excellence.
Training Delivery- Participate in curriculum improvements and deliver course content in alignment with WLP’s curriculum and learning standards.
- Design and develop AI training content, including both core/beginner and advanced levels.
- Prompt Engineering for Finance: Teach learners how to construct precise prompts to generate financial summaries, draft overdue payment emails, and interpret P&L variances using LLMs (Large Language Models).
