The Governance and Responsible AI Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that all AI initiatives within the CoE are developed and deployed in a manner that is ethical, transparent, and compliant with applicable regulations. This role advises and supports cross‑functional teams in embedding responsible AI practices and works hand in hand with the GRC team and audit to design and implement governance frameworks that mitigate risks and uphold trust.
The role involves close coordination with stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, and technical teams to ensure audit readiness, policy alignment, and adherence to global standards such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, PDPL, and the EU AI Act.
