Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a postgraduate student with a Master’s or MBA background who brings structured analytical thinking, research rigour, and a genuine interest in how AI can transform real business operations.
This is not a task-execution role. You will be expected to:
- Own the assessment and design of at least one end-to-end AI-enabled workflow improvement
- Apply research-grade methodology to ambiguous, real-world operational problems
- Present structured findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Work independently across teams to identify where automation creates genuine business value
You will work closely with teams across the organisation to map current workflows, identify automation opportunities, design future-state processes, and support implementation — with appropriate human oversight built in throughout.
