Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the strategic vision and roadmap for voicebot solutions utilizing Google Dialogflow.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of voicebot products, from conceptualization through deployment and ongoing improvement.
- Provide technical expertise on Dialogflow CX/NLU configurations, including intents, entities, and fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with operational, collections, CRM, and customer experience teams to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Manage and coordinate a cross-functional team of AI specialists, data scientists, and QA engineers to ensure successful product delivery.
