Responsibilities
Participate in the overall planning and design of our AI intelligent interaction platform, driving innovation from 0 to 1 and continuous optimization from 1 to N; Design user-centered solutions based on business scenarios and user needs, and work closely with engineering and business teams to ensure successful implementation; Co-build reusable and configurable platform capabilities, contributing to a scalable and systematic product architecture; Deeply analyze user feedback and data, produce high-quality product documentation and prototypes, and participate in the full product lifecycle from design and development to testing and launch; Proactively coordinate resources, collaborate efficiently across teams, and continuously explore, validate, and deliver new product opportunities.
