Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Own the operational health and production stability of AI products.
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution.
- Coordinate releases, hotfixes, and post-deployment support activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain operational runbooks and support documentation.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Technology, and Business teams.
- Act as an operational owner within a specific business or technology stream.
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.
