Seeking proactive and organised individuals to support AI programme initiatives within a dynamic innovation environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive AI adoption, capability development, and collaborative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of internal AI-related events, workshops, and programmes
- Assist with logistics planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
- Compile and organise AI tools, learning resources, and reference materials
- Support capability development and engagement initiatives
- Facilitate collaboration across teams and partners to ensure smooth implementation of activities
- Provide administrative and project coordination support for ongoing AI initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
