As a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of their flagship AI reporting product – a live, public-facing digital tool.
The client
They’re looking for this Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery team, improve team health, identify bottlenecks, optimise ways of working, and support the team as the product scales.
The role
You’ll:
- Manage up to 5 Delivery Managers and 5 Junior Delivery Managers (previous people management preferred, but flexible)
- Be the driving force behind Agile practices—deciding between Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid model depending on team needs
- Report to the Lead Delivery Manager and collaborate across a delivery function of ~16 DMs
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (Product, Design, Tech) and stakeholders to ensure user needs remain front and centre
