Key Requirements
Education
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 12–15 years of overall experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related domains.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and mentoring AI/ML engineering or data science teams.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions at enterprise scale.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Demonstrated experience building and implementing Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
- Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
