About the Role
Aditi Consulting is establishing a new AI Systems Practice and seeks a Practice Lead who can build and run a team that delivers AI solutions to customers and enables our internal operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep technical credibility and a consultative approach to business problems, turning ambiguous challenges into deployed agentic systems.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement : Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders and engineering teams across Aditi’s customer base, translating business pain into agentic process design.
- Practice Building : Stand up and scale the AI Systems Practice—hire, mentor, and lead AI Engineers and an AI Product Designer; define the practice’s service catalog, delivery methodology, and quality standards.
