In this senior role, you will design and deliver intelligent AI-enabled experiences across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other HR processes. Your expertise will enable the use of agent-driven workflows, guiding HR Business Partners and People teams from manual tasks to strategic initiatives. Collaborate across IT, Data/BI, and People Systems to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into the core tech stack.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own AI and automation use cases across People workflows
• Prioritize initiatives with key stakeholders for maximum impact
• Design multi-step workflows with minimal coordination
• Collaborate on agent-friendly workflows and data structures
• Implement monitoring for detecting AI-enabled workflow issues
