Job Description

Job Role: AI Technical Lead

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Pune


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Multi-Agent AI systems for enterprise use cases
  • Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for contextual retrieval and reasoning
  • Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) for agent and tool interoperability
  • Fine-tune LLMs using HuggingFace, LoRA, PEFT, and related frameworks
  • Build AI solutions using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern AI frameworks
  • Design and integrate Knowledge Graphs using Neo4J or similar technologies
  • Develop and manage AI data pipelines, embeddings, and retrieval workflows
  • Apply AIOps practices for monitoring, scalability, and reliability
  • Mentor engineering teams and drive AI architecture decisions
  • Collaborate with business, product, and data teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions
