Job Description

The Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for an AI Testing & Assurance Manager.

  • A hybrid AI assurance, accreditation, and stakeholder management role responsible for evaluating and accrediting AI testing firms while shaping standards and strengthening Singapore's AI governance and testing ecosystem.

The Talent Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Certifications in AI governance (e.g., AIGP) or GenAI/Agentic AI testing are advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in AI testing , GenAI/LLM evaluation , software quality assurance, or related technical assessment roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI development lifecycles, AI safety, reliability, and governance.
  • Experience in accreditation, certification, audit, or assurance programmes is highly valued. <...
