Job Description
The Business Analyst – Developer Experience will work closely with engineering teams and DevEx Application Owners to improve developer productivity, code quality, and security through modern DevEx platforms and AI-assisted tools. This role focuses on requirements gathering, workflow optimization, and practical adoption of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, ensuring measurable value and responsible usage across the SDLC. The Business Analyst for Developer Experience Tools will play a critical role in understanding developer workflows, capturing end-user requirements, and partnering closely with Application Owners within the DevEx team to enhance and optimize tools such as GitHub, JFrog Artifactory, Jira, SonarQube, Cycode, SQUoRE, and Agile collaboration platforms.
