Overview The Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) AI Transformation Office (AITO) is driving a fundamental shift in how Microsoft's commercial business operates-enabling sellers to accelerate their own AI transformation with credibility and trust built from our experience as customer zero.
