We're Hiring: AI Translator - Bilingual (Bahasa Malau + English)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AI Translator who is fluent in both Bahasa Malau and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating and localising AI-related content, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance while maintaining the intended meaning.

Core Responsibilities

  • Translate and localise all chatbot-facing content for the assigned market: agent responses, fallback messages, button labels, onboarding copy, and help text — ensuring cultural appropriateness beyond literal translation.
  • Work directly with AI Engineers to review prompt outputs in the local language, flag quality issues, and iterate on wording until responses meet local user expectations.
