Job Description
Key Responsibilities AI Development & Integration
- Build and deploy AI voice agents and chatbots (inbound and outbound)
- Design conversational flows for sales, customer service, collections, and support
- Integrate with APIs, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel), and telephony systems (Twilio, SIP, 3CX)
- Work with LLM-based and speech-to-speech architectures
- Conduct end-to-end testing of AI conversations (voice and text)
- Identify issues in latency, intent recognition, response accuracy, and conversation flow
- Perform A/B testing and prompt optimization
- Analyze transcripts, logs, and analytics to improve performance
- Manage client deployments and timelines
- Coordinate between engineering, sales, and customer success teams
