Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service, product quality, and customer satisfaction
- Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations including front-of-house service, kitchen coordination, and workflow efficiency
- Develop and monitor operating budgets, analyze sales performance, and manage labour costs to support profitability targets
- Establish staff work schedules, assign duties, and supervise employees to ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours
