Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional with 3–5 years of experience in AIF Operations to manage end-to-end operational activities for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) based out of GIFT City. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of fund operations, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end AIF operational activities, including investor onboarding, capital calls, drawdowns, and distribution
- Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, banks, auditors, and internal teams for smooth fund operation
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirement
- Support transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and documentation.
