What you'll do:
- You'll oversee delegated portfolio management activities in line with AIFMD and CSSF Circular 18/698, including periodic due diligence and ongoing monitoring of investment advisors and portfolio managers.
- You'll escalate material issues, breaches, or concerns to Conducting Officers and relevant committees.
- You'll review and challenge investment proposals, transaction rationales, and execution processes prepared by delegates.
- You'll ensure investment activities remain aligned with each fund’s investment strategy, risk profile, and governing documents.
- You'll ensure compliance with AIFMD, CSSF circulars, and internal AIFM policies and procedures.
- You'll contribute to regulatory reporting and audits (CSSF, external auditors, depositaries) from a portfolio management perspective.
