In this role, you will be responsible for assessing current gaps in our Configuration Management Database (CMDB), designing a modern and scalable architecture, and guiding the team on best practices to make CMDB data ready for the next generation of enterprise AI and agentic solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evolving our CMDB from a ServiceNow-centric model to an intelligent, data-driven ecosystem leveraging Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, knowledge graphs, and predictive intelligence.
