.Continuously enhance visibility into the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.
.Proactive Monitoring & Investigation:
.Leverage observability data to investigate system issues and anomalies in real-time.
.Identify root causes using advanced event correlation, log analysis, and telemetry patterns.
.Predictive Analytics & ML Integration:
.Apply machine learning models to detect anomalies, forecast system behavior, and prevent outages.
.Collaborate with data teams to operationalize predictive analytics for IT incident management.
.Service Mapping with ServiceNow:
.Maintain and automate the synchronization of Configuration Items (CIs) from ServiceNow to Splunk.
