Job Description
Technician (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration)
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC/R units and components.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all tasks.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Work with other technicians and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Deliver assignments on time with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration.
- Knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems installation and troubleshooting.
- TESDA certification or other formal electrician credentials is a strong advantage.
- Can work with minimal supervision and deliver tasks on time.
