Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Installation Engineer - Manchester - £40,000
Location: Mobile – North West
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + discretionary annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

We are working with a well-established, privately owned, family-run building services contractor based in Preston, with over 80 years’ experience in the HVAC industry. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality installations and maintenance across a wide range of commercial sectors.
They operate within a 40-mile radius of Preston and have a team of 30 mobile engineers supported by a dedicated office-based team. Around 75% of their work is in the education sector (including universities, academies, and PFI schools), with the remaining 25% across car showrooms, offices, churches, sheltered housing, fire stations, and leisure centres.
