Job Description
- To perform air-conditioning maintenance, general cleaning, jet wash, chemical wash, chemical overhaul, troubleshooting, and etc.
- Responsible for inspecting job sites for proper ACMV air-conditioning maintenance.
- To attend to the client’s complaints promptly.
- To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
- To be involved in the appointment of the Technicians
- Train, instruct, and supervise the work of the Technicians
- Ensure all works carried out by the Technicians, as set out in their Job Descriptions, are completed with due observation of appropriate Health & Safety requirements
- Able to be hands-on when the situation requires, and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
