Job Description
Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician
As a JLL Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician, you would be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), proactive, and reactive work on a range of industrial utilities and HVAC equipment, including:
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Chillers (water-cooled and air-cooled, including large centrifugal and screw chillers)
- Refrigeration systems (e.g., stand-alone fridge/freezers, blast freezers)
- Heating systems (LPHW, LTHW, steam)
- Compressed air systems
- Ensuring all client equipment is in efficient and effective working order and complies with statutory regulations, JLL policies, and H&S requirements.
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing all necessary documentation on time within JLL's facility management systems.
