Job Description
Coordinate air import shipments and related activities in accordance with customer and/or forwarding agent requirements, and company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Must handle documentation, costing, billing, filing, tracking, compliance and customer service.
- Arrange cargo transportation with all applicable parties.
- Coordinate with customers, agents and vendors.
- Ability to trouble shoot and work with internal teams to communicate issues with operating system as it relates to the completion of Air Export / Air Import shipment files.
- Good customer service and communication skills ability to build relationships with clients to win more freight forwarding opportunities.
