Air Import Customer Service
- Coordinate and monitor air import shipments from origin to final delivery.
- Communicate with overseas agents, airlines, customs brokers, and customers regarding shipment status.
- Handle pre-alerts, arrival notices, and shipment documentation.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and operational issues.
- Coordinate customs clearance and delivery arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with airline, customs, and company regulations.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
