Job Description

The Air Import Customer Service Manager supports the leadership of the Airfreight Customer Service team, ensuring smooth end-to-end import customer service operations. The role also involves effective stakeholder management, coordinating with internal departments, customers, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. We are seeking a candidate with knowledge of CargoWise system, strong expertise in Air Import end-to-end process , and the ability to supervise staff across all stages of the import customer service process.
