Air Import Operations Executive/Assistant

We are seeking an Air Import Operations Executive/Assistant to coordinate air import shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Collaborate with the team on shipment arrangements and documentation
• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth delivery to customers
• Track incoming shipments and act on pre-alerts promptly
• Work with vendors and transporters to resolve operational challenges
• Lead special projects and support other key operations as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse vendors and transporters to ensure timely clearance and delivery

• ITE/Diploma graduates or candidate with 1+ year of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience in freight forwarding is a plus.
