As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers’ promises. At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine.
As an Aerospace Operational Care Specialist, you will ensure the flawless coordination of time‑critical airlogistics shipments, meeting strict customer transit time and quality requirements. You will be part of our Operational Care Center team, responsible for managing end‑to‑end transport activities — from securing bookings with carriers and gateways to generating documentation and monitoring shipments through final delivery.
You will work closely with our Customer Care Specialists to align on customer‑specific needs such as transit times, routing, and carrier selection. A key part of your role is securing buy rates and capacity with qualified partners to guarantee smooth operational execution.
