Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all types of air‑conditioning units.
- Test and inspect systems to identify issues and ensure proper operation.
- Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments.
- Document work performed and prepare service reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and generate needed work orders.
- Review plans/blueprints and prepare necessary tools and materials.
- Conduct site inspections and compute required A/C capacity.
- Maintain tools, follow safety standards, and keep work areas clean.
- Handle client properties professionally and work with minimal supervision.
- Follow work schedules, render overtime when needed, and maintain proper uniform.
- Promote and offer service contracts to clients to help establish long‑term relationships.
