Job Description

- Dismantle and install aircon system including ducting, copper piping, and electrical connections.
- Recording details of installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and functional checks of the aircon system.
- Assist in preparing material lists, estimating job costs, preparing job records, and maintain an inventory of supplies and tools.
- Make complex emergency repairs.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems on-site.
- Perform chemical washes and chemical overhauls.
- Ducting and piping order materials based on the drawing.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment and building system run smoothly and efficiently.
