Paint Operations & Execution
- Lead end-to-end aircraft painting projects from induction to final inspection, covering full repaints, partial schemes, and touch-ups. Oversee chemical stripping, surface preparation, and multi-coat application using HVLP, airless, and electrostatic systems while ensuring compliance with AMM, TDS, and quality standards including WFT/DFT checks and final sign-offs.
- Execute complex masking and airline liveries with high precision, ensuring defect-free finishes and adherence to customer specifications.
Surface Preparation, Primer & Topcoat Application
- Manage stripping, cleaning, conversion coating, and priming activities across aluminium, composite, and metallic substrates, ensuring correct environmental conditions, mixing ratios, and curing processes.
