Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer with overall supervision and management of either an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, a Maintenance Squadron, an Equipment Maintenance Squadron or a Component Maintenance Squadron at an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) unit-equipped or associate unit. DUTIES: Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the squadron. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities to include personnel and position management, equal opportunity, security, and safety.
