Job Overview
We are looking for an Aircraft Sprayer to join our Night Shift team at Broughton, working Monday – Thursday 20:45 – 6:00 am. The position includes a permanent full‑time schedule with double day and separate night shift patterns requiring flexibility.
Key Requirements
Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Aeronautical Painting or Vehicle Painting (e.g., Certificate of Modern Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent). They should be proficient in conventional, airless, and HVLP paint application, knowledgeable in surface preparation (grinding, masking), able to read technical specifications and diagrams, and committed to health & safety regulations, particularly COSHH.
