Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee engineering performance and on-time delivery
• Develop sustainability and environmental strategies for A220
• Collaborate with global teams on program objectives
• Implement hardware standardization and create manuals
• Integrate KPIs for performance assessments and growth
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 8 years in design-related engineering
