AirFreight Assistant Manager
Plan, manage, and control division operational activities by optimizing available resources (space, expertise, and technology) to achieve high level of cost‑effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and retention. Initiate value‑added logistics business opportunities to ensure continuous growth and profitability.
Implement appropriate plans and programs within budgets and execute all activities in accordance with the company’s standards, procedures and regulations.
Assume a strategic role in planning, administration, and general management. Oversee day‑to‑day supervision of staff and the work organised by supervisors.
Manage day‑to‑day shipment activities and ensure the operations team delivers excellent, top‑notch logistics services to customers.
